It’s officially spring. Time to put your nail polish remover to good use and remove the blacks and reds. Spring and summer call for blindingly bright colors. That’s where Nina Ultra Pro nail polish comes in. Unfortunately, it seems that you can only find it @ Sally’s Beauty Supply and they sell out pretty quickly. So, I’d stock up. My personal favorite is Punki Pink. I also have it in Solar Flare which is a neon yellow.

Since they were out of my signature pink yesterday, I had to settle for the next best thing. It’s a few shades off, but still a lovely bright coral. ORLY polish in Passion Fruit.
Of course, for best results, paint colors over white polish and top it all off with a coat of clear. Otherwise, the Nina colors are very matte and a little dull. A con of Nina Ultra Pro is that it chips easily. A pro of ORLY is that the quality is nice and it lasts longer than any polish I’ve ever tried.

So, I recently ordered MAC‘s 3D gloss in In 3D & Dior‘s Diorshow mascara in black.
I was pretty impressed with this gloss. Lasts long, conditions, has a lovely hint of shimmer & pink, great for everyday, cute packaging, etc. I had been previously let down by MAC’s Lustreglass in Flusterose. It didn’t last at all, wasn’t the color it appeared to be and the cap broke very easily. Only downside to this MAC gloss is that it comes in such a small container. But, I’d still say it’s worth the $14 for the quality (and the shiny cap). It reminds me of my #1 favorite gloss of all time, which is Victoria’s Secret‘s Very Sexy gloss in Password.
After all the hype, I gave in and ordered the Diorshow mascara from Sephora‘s website. And I’m sad to say that it isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. At least not for me. It doesn’t deliver the false lash look at all. The wand is incredibly huge and for some reason it has a rose scent which briefly irritates my eyes. But I can say that it actually curls my lashes, doesn’t clump and lasts forever. Not worth $24. I guess I’ll place it in 3rd for now. First place would be Maybelline‘s Define A Lash & Second place would be Benefit‘s Bad Gal Lash.

Forever21 just keeps getting cuter and cuter. I am in love with these black and white high heels that are only about $20. Perfect for a night out.
She Wants Revenge. I discovered this band while watching The Number 23. During a sex scene, “Tear You Apart” was playing. I loved it. So, I continued to listen to other tracks and now I’m hooked. I don’t see how anyone could not like them. “Out of Control” is another hot song.
Booty Parlor always has cute things. But this takes the cake. I’ve never seen a leopard vibrator before. On top of that, it’s hot pink. Fabulous. $30, ladies. Also, waterproof. Alias: Leo.

I’m sure everyone is familar with Sarah Silverman’s “I’m f*cking Matt Damon” video by now. Well, Jimmy Kimmel did one better with “I’m f*cking Ben Affleck”. Everyone must watch. It’s absolutely hilarious. He got like 20 celebs to be in his video.

Just FYI cause every girl should read them… In my opinion, the three best magazines in the entire world are Nylon, Z!nk & Missbehave. They’re my bibles. If you have no idea what any of those are, go pick one up ASAP. You’re welcome.
