I don’t care what anyone says. The clothes are awesome. So are the saucy advertisements. Contrary to popular belief, not all ladies who choose to wear this apparel maintain underarm bushels. Points for the humor, though. Word to the wise: If ordering online, you might want to consider getting one size larger than you normally wear in most items. And wash carefully. My first purchase was this fun little number (excuse the posing – only photo I have of myself in it after a friend and I returned home from a late night out).

Anyway, it’s super fun & comfy and comes in a plethora of colors. Here it is on the model:

Heatherette for MAC

Words cannot describe how happy I was when I first noticed the bright, sparkly pink packaging that Heatherette made for MAC cosmetics. Of course, everything was sold out everywhere for quite some time. So, I wasn’t able to get what I wanted until a month or so ago. But it was worth the wait. Now, it’s my favorite of all. I went with the powder in Smooth Harmony and the gloss in Starlet Kiss. They’re perfect. The powder is silky and provides fantastic coverage without looking caked on. The gloss is a lovely light, shimmery pink that would probably look great on anyone. It lasts for a pretty decent amount of time and moisturizes like a creamy balm. I just wish it came in a larger tube. I have to admit, I only purchased them because of the packaging…but I didn’t expect the actual products to be so impressive. I’m not even halfway through them and already I want to stock up on more. The pink MAC glitter pictured above with my Heatherette-ness would be their discontinued Neon 60s glitter. It took some searching, but I finally found it online. I’m just a sucker for hot pink.
